ALICE Receptionist is the only Visitor Management or Front Desk software on the market that incorporates the use of AI-generated avatars to greet and interact with visitors as they enter a building. ALICE was also the first to incorporate video calling to connect visitors in the lobby with employees at their desks or wherever they may be working.
